Networking Lunches

Networking Lunches are open to all AMP 2024 Annual Meeting registered attendees.* They do not require payment or pre-registration. Please note that seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Networking Lunches close when room capacity is filled.

Thursday, November 21st

New to AMP? First Time at the Annual Meeting? – New Member and First Timers Lunch
(Hosted by the Membership Affairs Committee and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Working Group)

Description: First Time at the AMP Annual Meeting or a new member of AMP? Join us for a delicious catered lunch. Network with other first-time attendees and meet members of the Membership Affairs Committee and the Diversity Equity Inclusion Working Group. Kick off a great experience at this year's AMP meeting!

 

International Members' Luncheon

Description: Hosted by AMP’s International Affairs Committee, this luncheon is an opportunity for meeting attendees who reside and work outside of North America to gather, network, and discuss topics of mutual concern and interest. This year’s topic is pharmacogenomics in the era of precision medicine.

Empowering Tomorrow's Molecular Pathologists: Leveraging Publicly Available Datasets, Machine Learning, and Online Knowledge Bases for Training and Research

Description: Trainees, come join us to learn about how to maximize using publicly available datasets, machine learning, and online knowledgebases in routine molecular pathology practice, translational research, and innovation. Join your peers and network with other members of AMP over lunch while learning about getting involved in the innovative aspects of molecular pathology while in training. We will be closing out the lunch with a book drawing.
